Do you want to combine working from home with working at the office? Or are you out and about around town regularly on working days? The Q-Park Flex season ticket is the ideal solution!

With a Flex season ticket, you can park in your favourite Q-Park car park from Monday to Friday between 7:00 and 19:00 for up to 80 or 120 hours for a fixed monthly amount.

There are two Flex options: Flex 2 days (80 hours a month) and Flex 3 days (120 hours a month). Any unused hours will expire at the end of the month.

My Q-Park app - video Your season ticket is available immediately in the Q-Park app. Here you can see exactly when and in which car parks you can park. If you have activated number plate recognition, you can also park fully contactless at all other Q-Park car parks in Belgium.

Convenient entry and exit No need to stop by the payment station because your 6x24 season ticket will grant you access to the car park automatically.

My Q-Park account As a season ticket holder, you will automatically be issued a My Q-Park account. This is where you will find your invoices and personal data, so that you will always have a clear overview.

How do I apply for a season ticket?

You can apply for a season ticket through our website. Specify your car park, payment frequency, start date and other preferences. Click here to apply for your season ticket today:

How can I cancel my season ticket?

If you wish to cancel your season ticket, you must notify us at least 1 month before your season ticket expires. You can find your current season ticket period (monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly) in your My Q-park account.

If you do not cancel your season ticket at least one month before its expiry date, your season ticket will be automatically extended by the same period as your current season ticket. For example, if you have a quarterly season ticket, it will be automatically renewed for another 3 months.

You can cancel your season ticket in your My Q-Park account, by using the contact form, or by registered letter. Please refer to the terms and conditions for season tickets for more information about season ticket periods and cancellation.
Will there always be a parking space available if I purchase a season ticket?

If you have a season ticket for a Q-Park car park, we guarantee there will always be a parking space for you. Even if the signs indicate that the car park is full, you can count on a space being available for you as a season ticket holder.
How can I change my season ticket?

You can make most changes yourself in your My Q-Park account. However, if you want to change any details that are not listed in My Q-Park, please contact our customer service department at info@q-park.be.
What should I do if I want to park outside the times covered by my season ticket?

Customers who have not opted for a season ticket that is valid 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, can of course park outside the hours stated on their season ticket, but must pay the normal parking charge for those hours. These extra hours must be paid for at the car park.

Can I park in other Q-Park car parks with my season ticket?

No. Your season ticket is only valid for one car park.
What should I do if my season ticket card has been lost or stolen?

In the event of theft or loss, contact our customer service department as soon as possible at info@q-park.be. We will then block the card and grant you access to the car park via ANPR (automatic number plate recognition).
How long are season tickets valid?

Our season tickets are valid for at least one month. You can pay monthly, quarterly, every six months or every year.
