Description of the service

On q-park.be you can find Q-Park car parks in Belgium and information on rates and services. You can reserve or buy parking spaces and parking products online: you choose a city, a location and a time period, enter your contact details and your vehicle registration number, and pay online. The confirmation is by email; entry via number plate recognition or QR code.

Accessibility requirements

Our digital services are governed by the Belgian legislation implementing the European Accessibility Act and its implementing regulation. The technical basis is the harmonised standard EN 301 549, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, conformance level AA.

Assessment
