How does it work?
- Apply for your Nights season ticket via this page.
- Install the Q-Park App on your telephone.
- Sign in to the App with the My Q-Park account you used to apply for the season ticket. Your season ticket will automatically appear in the App.
- Link your EV charging cards to the App to activate EV charging.
At the end of the month, the kWh you charged will be automatically calculated and your season ticket fee refunded.

Terms and conditions
- Nights+Charge is a Nights season ticket with a full refund when you charge your EV while parked. This season ticket is valid every day from 17:00 to 10:00. You can cancel per month.
- You pay for your season ticket per month in advance. If you charge 250 kWh or more per month, you will receive a full refund on the cost of your season ticket within 2 months. So you will only pay your EV charging card provider for charging your car.
- Nights+Charge is only available in selected Q-Park parking facilities.
- You can link up to 4 EV charging cards to a single Q-Park account.

How do I apply for a season ticket?

How can I cancel my season ticket?
If you wish to cancel your season ticket, you must notify us at least 1 month before your season ticket expires. You can find your current season ticket period (monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly) in your My Q-park account.
If you do not cancel your season ticket at least one month before its expiry date, your season ticket will be automatically extended by the same period as your current season ticket. For example, if you have a quarterly season ticket, it will be automatically renewed for another 3 months.

Will there always be a parking space available if I purchase a season ticket?
If you have a season ticket for a Q-Park car park, we guarantee there will always be a parking space for you. Even if the signs indicate that the car park is full, you can count on a space being available for you as a season ticket holder.

How can I change my season ticket?
You can make most changes yourself in your My Q-Park account. However, if you want to change any details that are not listed in My Q-Park, please contact our customer service department at info@q-park.be.

What should I do if I want to park outside the times covered by my season ticket?
Customers who have not opted for a season ticket that is valid 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, can of course park outside the hours stated on their season ticket, but must pay the normal parking charge for those hours. These extra hours must be paid for at the car park.

Can I park in other Q-Park car parks with my season ticket?
No. Your season ticket is only valid for one car park.

How long are season tickets valid?
Our season tickets are valid for at least one month. You can pay monthly, quarterly, every six months or every year.

Is there a residents' season ticket available for my local car park?
The application form shows which car parks have season tickets available for residents. Click the button below and select a city. The Facility field will then indicate whether your car park offers residents' season tickets.
