We installed the first EV charging points in our parking facilities more than 10 years ago. Since then we have continually expanded our EV charging network with more facilities for electric cars. What’s more, in our Mobility Hubs we have created space for mobility solutions. We innovate continually to make parking even easier and more convenient.
Where can I charge my EV? And how much does it cost?
You’ll find charging points in almost all our parking facilities, where you can park and charge. So when you’re ready to continue your journey, your car will be recharged too. You can check the charging rates here.
Do you want to be sure there’s a parking space for you at your final destination? Then pre-book your space online. Your number plate is your access ticket, so you can skip the payment machine. Note: you cannot pre-book an EV charging point.
Yes, you can easily change your vehicle number plate up to 1 hour before your arrival time, using the link in the confirmation e-mail. Click ‘Change my vehicle number plate’ in the confirmation e-mail you have received.
If you enter the car park before your pre-booked time, your pre-booking will be cancelled without refund. If you do drive into the car park earlier than your pre-booked time, there are two scenarios: * If you have Q-Park Go turned on in the Q-Park App, the barrier will open automatically and your parking session will be charged, at the applicable rate, to the payment method you have selected in the Q-Park App. * If you do not have Q-Park Go turned on in the Q-Park App, you must take a ticket at the access barrier and pay at the payment machine or exit barrier when you leave.
