Hampton by Hilton Antwerp Central Station is located in the historical city centre of Antwerp, just opposite the Antwerp Central Railway Station with the QPARK Astridplein parking underground. We are minutes away from the shopping street , the Antwerp Zoo or the Diamond District surrounded by the best dining options. The hotel is also located within walking distance of the Flanders Meeting & Convention Center, the Queen Elizabeth Hall and the Cathedral of Our Lady.
All of our 145 spacious, air-conditioned guest rooms have a comfy bed for a good night’s rest. Get work done at the large desk in your room with ergonomic chair or watch your favourite program on our 40-inch HDTV. For families or extended stays, upgrade your stay to a larger room with a kitchenette and two king-sized beds. A hot breakfast is included in every stay, as we believe a good start of the day is important. Our Antwerp hotel has a boardroom for small meetings and an on-site work zone for business needs.

How does it work?

Can I enter the car park with a pre-booking even if the sign indicates the car park is full?
Yes. If you have pre-booked a parking space, you will always be able to enter the car park, even when the sign indicates the car park is full. If it’s busy, you may have to wait at the entrance because this is also for customers who have not pre-booked. -
Can I change the vehicle number plate for my pre-booking?
Yes, you can easily change your vehicle number plate up to 1 hour before your arrival time, using the link in the confirmation e-mail. Click ‘Change my vehicle number plate’ in the confirmation e-mail you have received.

Are all number plates allowed?
No. Parking based on number plate recognition is only for standard-issue number plates. Personalised number plates are not recognised.

Are there restrictions for the size of my vehicle?
Yes, some Q-Park car parks have height or length restrictions for vehicles. Please check the car park specifications before you book.

Can I always park in the same parking space in the car park?
No. We don’t allocate a specific parking space to your pre-booking. You can park in any vacant space in the car park.

Can I pre-book without a My Q-Park account?
Yes. You can pre-book as a guest, without a My Q-Park account.

How far in advance can I pre-book?
In general, you can pre-book from a year in advance up to 1 hour before arriving. This may differ in some circumstances, depending on the location and availability.

How do I know if my pre-booking has actually worked?
After completing the pre-booking process, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the details. If you were logged into My Q-Park when you pre-booked, you will also find your booking in your account.

What if I don’t get a confirmation e-mail?
First of all, please check your spam folder. If you can’t see the e-mail there, you can log in to My Q-Park to view your booking. If you don’t have an account, then please contact our customer service desk.

How does Q-Park protect my data when making a pre-booking?
We only use your data to manage your pre-booking. You’ll find more information in our privacy statement.

Can I share my pre-booking with someone else?
No. A pre-booking is linked to a specific number plate. You can change the number plate using the link in the confirmation e-mail or in your My Q-Park account.

Can I change my pre-booking?
That depends on what you want to change. You cannot change the time or location of your pre-booking. You can only change the number plate. Instead, you may cancel your pre-booking by clicking on the appropriate link in the confirmation e-mail, and then make a new pre-booking with the new date and time.

Can I cancel my pre-booking free of charge?
That depends on the location and the type of pre-booking. Please check the conditions in your confirmation e-mail or in your My Q-Park account.

Can I extend my pre-booking after I have parked?
No. You cannot extend a pre-booking while you are parked, but you can leave the car park later. The additional costs will be charged to the payment method you selected when you pre-booked.

Can I drive into the car park before my pre-booked time?
If you enter the car park before your pre-booked time, your pre-booking will be cancelled without refund. If you do drive into the car park earlier than your pre-booked time, there are two scenarios: * If you have Q-Park Go turned on in the Q-Park App, the barrier will open automatically and your parking session will be charged, at the applicable rate, to the payment method you have selected in the Q-Park App. * If you do not have Q-Park Go turned on in the Q-Park App, you must take a ticket at the access barrier and pay at the payment machine or exit barrier when you leave.

Is there a separate entrance for customers who have pre-booked online?
No. You can drive into the car park in the same way as other customers, even if the sign indicates the car park is full. Note: at some car parks, large numbers of visitors arrive at a car park around the same time, e.g. for an event, so please allow enough time to actually reach the entrance barrier. Q-Park cannot be held responsible for any time you spend waiting to reach the entrance barrier.

What if I have a pre-booking and Q-Park Go is turned on?
When you drive up to the barrier, your pre-booking will be automatically recognised. The pre-booking overrides Q-Park Go, provided you don't enter before your booking start time.

What if my number plate isn’t recognised at the barrier?
You received a QR code in the pre-booking confirmation e-mail. If your number plate isn’t recognised, you can scan this code at the entry and/or exit barrier. If the barrier still doesn’t open for you, please press the call button (intercom). Our customer service desk will be happy to help you.

Can I drive in and out of the car park as often as I wish?
Yes. If you have pre-booked your parking space, you can drive in and out of the car park as often as you wish within your time slot.

Can I combine multiple pre-bookings?
No. You cannot combine pre-bookings which overlap or start as soon as a previous pre-booking ends. Each pre-booking is recognised separately when you enter the car park and your total parking time is tallied against the pre-booking you used to enter.

Can I leave before the end of my pre-booked time?
Yes, but there is no refund available for the unused parking time.

Can I leave the car park after my pre-booked time?
Yes, The exit barrier will open automatically for you. However, you will be charged for the additional parking time, at the applicable rate, via the payment method you selected for the pre-booking.

How does driving in and out of the car park work with number plate recognition?
When you pre-book your parking space, you enter your vehicle number plate. When you drive up to the car park barrier to enter or leave, our system recognises your number plate and automatically opens the barrier for you. That’s all there is to it. You don’t have to do anything else.

Will there definitely be a parking space available for me?
Yes, If you make a pre-booking online, Q-Park will keep a space for you, even if the sign indicates the car park is full. Please note that you may have to wait to enter during busy periods. After all, you use the same vehicle entrance as other customers who do not have a pre-booking.

Is it possible to choose a specific parking space in a car park?
No. We don’t allocate a specific parking space to your pre-booking. We recommend you park in the first available space you find.

How can I open the pedestrian door if I don’t have a ticket?
You received a QR code in the pre-booking confirmation e-mail. Please use this code to open the pedestrian door. If you pre-book using your My Q-Park account, then you can use the QR code in your account.

Can I use my pre-booking to park at a different Q-Park car park?
No. Your pre-booking is only valid at the car park and time you selected.

Can I pre-book a parking space for a motorbike, van, lorry or motorhome?
No. Pre-booking is only available for passenger vehicles.

Can I pay when I leave the car park?
No. Online pre-bookings can only be paid for online, before you arrive at the car park.

If I have a problem at the car park, who can I contact?
You can contact a Q-Park Parking Host at any time using the call button (intercom) located on the entry and exit barriers and on the payment machines.
