In general, you can pre-book from a year in advance up to 1 hour before arriving. This may differ in some circumstances, depending on the location and availability.

After completing the pre-booking process, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the details. If you were logged into My Q-Park when you pre-booked, you will also find your booking in your account.

First of all, please check your spam folder. If you can’t see the e-mail there, you can log in to My Q-Park to view your booking. If you don’t have an account, then please contact our customer service desk.

No. A pre-booking is linked to a specific number plate. You can change the number plate using the link in the confirmation e-mail or in your My Q-Park account.

That depends on what you want to change. You cannot change the time or location of your pre-booking. You can only change the number plate. Instead, you may cancel your pre-booking by clicking on the appropriate link in the confirmation e-mail, and then make a new pre-booking with the new date and time.

That depends on the location and the type of pre-booking. Please check the conditions in your confirmation e-mail or in your My Q-Park account.

No. You cannot extend a pre-booking while you are parked, but you can leave the car park later. The additional costs will be charged to the payment method you selected when you pre-booked.

If you enter the car park before your pre-booked time, your pre-booking will be cancelled without refund. If you do drive into the car park earlier than your pre-booked time, there are two scenarios: * If you have Q-Park Go turned on in the Q-Park App, the barrier will open automatically and your parking session will be charged, at the applicable rate, to the payment method you have selected in the Q-Park App. * If you do not have Q-Park Go turned on in the Q-Park App, you must take a ticket at the access barrier and pay at the payment machine or exit barrier when you leave.

No. You can drive into the car park in the same way as other customers, even if the sign indicates the car park is full. Note: at some car parks, large numbers of visitors arrive at a car park around the same time, e.g. for an event, so please allow enough time to actually reach the entrance barrier. Q-Park cannot be held responsible for any time you spend waiting to reach the entrance barrier.

When you drive up to the barrier, your pre-booking will be automatically recognised. The pre-booking overrides Q-Park Go, provided you don't enter before your booking start time.

You received a QR code in the pre-booking confirmation e-mail. If your number plate isn’t recognised, you can scan this code at the entry and/or exit barrier. If the barrier still doesn’t open for you, please press the call button (intercom). Our customer service desk will be happy to help you.

Yes. If you have pre-booked your parking space, you can drive in and out of the car park as often as you wish within your time slot.

No. You cannot combine pre-bookings which overlap or start as soon as a previous pre-booking ends. Each pre-booking is recognised separately when you enter the car park and your total parking time is tallied against the pre-booking you used to enter.

Yes, but there is no refund available for the unused parking time.

Yes, The exit barrier will open automatically for you. However, you will be charged for the additional parking time, at the applicable rate, via the payment method you selected for the pre-booking.

When you pre-book your parking space, you enter your vehicle number plate. When you drive up to the car park barrier to enter or leave, our system recognises your number plate and automatically opens the barrier for you. That’s all there is to it. You don’t have to do anything else.

Yes, If you make a pre-booking online, Q-Park will keep a space for you, even if the sign indicates the car park is full. Please note that you may have to wait to enter during busy periods. After all, you use the same vehicle entrance as other customers who do not have a pre-booking.

No. We don’t allocate a specific parking space to your pre-booking. We recommend you park in the first available space you find.

You received a QR code in the pre-booking confirmation e-mail. Please use this code to open the pedestrian door. If you pre-book using your My Q-Park account, then you can use the QR code in your account.

No. Your pre-booking is only valid at the car park and time you selected.
