  • Our season tickets are valid for at least one month. You can pay for them on a monthly, quarterly or six-monthly basis.

With regard to quarterly contracts, each season ticket period will correspond to a quarter running from 1 January - 31 March, from 1 April - 30 June, from 1 July - September or from 1 October - 31 December. With regard to 6-month contracts, each season ticket period will correspond to a semester running run from 1 January - 30 June, or from 1 July - 31 December. The term of an annual contract corresponds to a calendar year running from 1 January - 31 December.   • When a parking agreement is signed with the consumer, the contract will in principle be deemed to have entered into for the duration of at least one (1) month. The season ticket will be tacitly extended by a period of the same duration, unless the consumer objects to this extension. Notification of this objection to the tacit extension must be made to the owner, by registered letter, at least one (1) month prior to the expiry date of the current period or another period, if applicable. The consumer has the right, however, to terminate the fixed-term agreement following its tacit extension at every moment, without being entitled to any compensation, with due observance of a notice period of two (2) months.” (Excerpt from the general terms and conditions of parking agreements for season ticket holders).

    A request for the cancellation of a season ticket can be submitted through your My Q-Park account or by email to As soon as your request has been received our customer service department will let you know if it satisfies the general terms and conditions.

  • No, your season tickets are valid at only one car park and only offer you access to this parking facility.
  • Customers who have not opted for season tickets that are valid 7 days a week and 24 hours a day can also park outside of the hours stated on their season tickets. These extra hours must be paid for directly, or will be invoiced at a later point in time for holders of a Comfort Card.
  • In the event of theft or loss we kindly request that you contact our customer service department as soon as possible at This will enable us to block your card as soon as possible and issue you a new one (subject to payment of the applicable administrative fees).
  • If you have a season ticket at a Q-Park parking facility, we will always guarantee you a parking space. Even if the sign on the car park says it is full you can be assured that you can make use of your parking space. You can park wherever you like.
