To support our growth, we are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager in Belgium.
In this function you take of the implementation of HR strategy and policies, bearing in mind the national needs and legislations. You act as a business partner for the local (national) Management Team, supported by appropriate HR instruments and functional support from the Corporate Director HR.
Some main responsibilities :
Your (main)responsibilities are:
· Staff planning;
· Recruiting and selection;
· Preparing and co-presiding Workers Council and Safety Committee;
· Salary structure (Hay) and employee benefits;
· Coordinating payroll
· Training and education
· Talent identification and assessment.
· Performance management and Performance appraisal process;
Requirements :
· University or Higher education, preferably in Social Sciences;
· Feeling for cultural and organisational needs and changes;
· knowledge of social (labor) legislation and practical expertise;
· experience in dealing with Union representatives and Workers councils;
· Excellent social and communication skills : convincing and motivating people.
· Competent in giving training and coaching sessions.
· Fluent in Dutch, French and English, verbal and in writing
